Has my order shipped?
You can review your order status in the “My Account” section.
Please note that you should receive a shipment notification email
from us on the day your order ships (within one business day of
placing your order). If you do not receive one, please check your
spam/bulk email folders to see if it was mistaken for spam.
Can I modify my order items or quantities before my order ships?
Yes. As long as the order has not been shipped we can change or cancel the order for you.

If your order status is “Processing” then it means that your order has not shipped yet.
If your order status is “Completed” it means that your order has been shipped.

Shipping within the UK takes 2-3 working days
Shipping within Europe takes 3-5 business days
Shipping to all other countries take 5-7 business days

Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase for any reason, please return it for a full refund (excl. shipping costs) within 14 days of purchase.
The products must be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging, with instructions and all parts included, in a fully resalable condition.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 days from the date the goods are received.
The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received – therefore we recommend using a registered postal service and retain proof of postage. Koja Beauty is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure the product is packaged in good enough quality transport packaging to avoid any damage during transport back to our warehouse, so that the product arrives at our warehouse in a resalable condition.

1. Cancellations and changes can be made as long as the order has not shipped (exceptions include pre-order items).
2. Pre-order items cannot be cancelled as they are being processed as soon as the order has been placed. However, you are able to return the items once you receive them.
